:: Job Search: Day Job ::
I went to that interview earlier this week, and they told me that they're looking for someone to work the overnight (11pm to 6am) shift during the weekends. I don't mind working late but it's but I usually don't leave work till about 2am on weekends. They did say that there might be a daytime bartender shift opening in a couple of weeks which might work out well.

But this might become my "regular" job. After only a week, I've started hearing rumors that Swanky Trendy Restaurant might shut down soon. Great. Whatever, I'm leaving this line of work soon anyway. One of the guys who's been at Swanky Trendy Restaurant for about three years told me he got a day shift job nearby and that he's basically getting a backup plan since he heard very strong rumors that Swanky will close "late April to early June."

Good to know.
