A litte over a week ago I had a very pleasant dinner with a pretty cool lady from my school. I was walking out at the same time she was and I invited her to Taste Bakery for dinner and she said yes. It was sort of a "planned spontaneity" moment on my part. I honestly couldn't say if it was a date or not, (maybe not, now that I've thought about it) even though I paid for dinner (it’s just proper etiquette; you ask her to dinner, you pay). All I know is that I had enjoyed a good conversation and that my roast beef panini tasted better than it usually does. I wrote about this before, how a simple meal usually tastes better when eaten in the presence of an attractive, charming woman who's capable of intelligent, fun conversation.

It was only one dinner and I hope more will follow. I have no idea where this is going to lead, if it even is going to lead to anything. All I know is that she's fun to talk to and really, that's all I'm looking for at this point.
